Read a ton in my "social media bible"
A chapter that really intrigued me was one about the "trinity" of social media. The next time I have a meeting with my boss I want to talk to him about those chapters. I think they give an excellent prospective on how to adapt messages and such depending on what that message is that you want to deliver to your client.
I then brainstormed and posted on Facebook and twitter, as well as tweeting again a bit later.
