March 6th

Twitter is gaining more followers! They Facebook page is still idle with the likes, I'm pretty sure this is because the iPhone app was expected in February and it still has not happened yet... however, just in the past few days my Facebook posts have reached over 1,000 people. This (in my humble opinion) is awesome!

Here is a screen shot of three Facebook posts I have done recently (Feb. 26-28) I chose to include these because they were three consecutive posts that I contributed to the website, and I know that you (Dr. Lovejoy) want images :)

I've been in the same groove, posting, tweeting, researching, and emailing my supervisor.

March 3rd and a Theory (4) statement

Theory: Trait Theory

This might seem a little off in regards to computer mediated communication. However, I'm applying the theory to companies rather than individuals. So from that standpoint, companies that poses certain traits are able persuade more susceptible users into wanting to invest, or use, their product. People who have a lower self esteem are than even more susceptible to being persuaded.

In regards to my internship I think that because I personally do not have traits that make me more persuasive, and I haven't recently gotten an update from my supervisor, that my posts and tweets show I am less knowledgeable and can't offer newer insights. This is most notable when someone posts, or comments, on our Facebook page and I am unable to comment back because I don't know how to best handle it...
